1. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where the context permits, singular forms include the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To create and maintain an active account on no88, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when creating or operating your account.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of access.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from no88 or had an account closed by no88 for terms violations.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of no88 or any of its game providers or payment partners.
• You are using your own personal funds to wager and are not acting as a proxy or agent for any third party.

no88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide adequate proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money wagering on no88, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent account update is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held, including winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of misrepresentation.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one and only one active account on no88. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names using the same device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, no88 will close the duplicate accounts and may, at its discretion, close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of the no88 compliance team. The following documents are accepted:

• Valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) — front and back clear photograph or scanned copy.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport — photograph page and any relevant visa pages.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot from the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay app confirming the mobile number and account holder name match the registered account details.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and not expired. no88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set. Enhanced due diligence may be applied for withdrawals above ৳50,000, which may extend the review period.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. no88 will never request your password via any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately so that the account can be suspended pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

no88 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account flagged for review.
• no88 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply transaction fees that are outside no88's control.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., depositing to the wrong no88 account number) must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours. no88 will make reasonable efforts to trace and correct erroneous transfers but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to any KYC requirements being met.
• Players must have wagered their deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal of the deposited amount can be requested. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering through the platform and is distinct from any bonus wagering requirement.
• no88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals are processed during operational hours (08:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next operational window.
• no88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard BDT withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider are beyond no88's control.

4.4 Currency

All balances, wagers, and transactions on no88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). no88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. There are no foreign exchange conversion steps or fees applied to BDT transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

no88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Principles

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified account in good standing.
• Each promotional offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement), a minimum odds requirement where applicable, a maximum bet per wager while a bonus is active, an expiry date, and any game contribution rates. These details are published in full on the promotion page before opt-in.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your account separately from your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers unless the bonus rules specify otherwise.
• no88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not disadvantage players who have already validly opted in and begun the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the stated wagering requirement.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through bonus arbitrage, using multiple accounts, or strategically placing low-risk wagers to satisfy a wagering requirement while minimising true risk — may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Seasonal Promotions

no88 regularly runs time-limited promotions tied to events relevant to players in Bangladesh, including BPL season, IPL knockout stages, Eid celebrations, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and Pohela Boishakh. Each campaign is published with full terms before it goes live. Promotional periods are defined in BST.

5.3 Wagering Requirement Calculation

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements on no88 are calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Game contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

The no88 sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, boxing, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on no88:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation reference number.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the specified minimum play period has been completed, no88 will apply its standard void/refund rules as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
• In-play wagers are subject to a brief delay to prevent abuse of live data advantages. no88 reserves the right to void any in-play wager where there is reasonable evidence that the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout on a single bet slip is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit is specifically stated in writing by the no88 trading team for a particular event.
• no88 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or suspend betting on specific events at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes.

6.2 Casino & Slots

• All casino games offered on no88 are supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or physical dealing equipment, neither of which no88 controls or influences.
• In the event of a game malfunction (disconnection, software error, visual glitch), the round in question will be declared void and the staked amount refunded to your balance. Winnings from a demonstrably malfunctioning game round will not be paid.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before wagering real money. Free-play or demo modes are available for most slot titles to allow familiarisation before committing funds.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games including Aviator by Spribe operate on a provably fair multiplier model. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and can be verified by the player using the provable fairness tools provided by the game studio. no88 does not influence crash game outcomes. Maximum withdrawal from a single crash game session is subject to the same payout limits as the general sportsbook and casino rules.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on no88 and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places wagers without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or technical glitches to generate artificial profit.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or wagering based on non-public information.
• Attempting to launder funds or conduct any financial activity through the Platform that violates applicable law.
• Creating, operating, or participating in a syndicate that systematically exploits no88 promotions.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your no88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any Real Money Balance remaining after pending withdrawals are settled will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by no88

no88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, use of prohibited software, or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against no88 by the Player through their payment provider.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing no88 staff through any communication channel.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, no88 will inform the Player at the registered email address within 48 hours. Funds in a suspended account are held securely and will be released or returned following the conclusion of the investigation, subject to the outcome.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. no88 will notify the Player at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance after the initial 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

no88 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. no88 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service in a timely manner.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on no88 are supplied by independent studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). no88 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect payouts originating from a third-party game engine, provided that no88 makes reasonable efforts to report and resolve such issues with the relevant provider promptly.

9.3 Financial Losses from Wagering

Gambling involves financial risk. no88 provides a fair and transparent platform, but does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. Financial losses sustained through lawful gambling activity on no88 are the sole responsibility of the Player. no88 is not liable for any gambling losses except in cases of demonstrable platform error where no88 is at fault.

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless no88, its officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of no88.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 Offshore Operations

no88 operates as an offshore online gambling platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using no88 is lawful in their jurisdiction. no88 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular country or region. By using no88, you confirm that you have independently verified that your access to and use of the Platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your no88 account, the first step is to contact the support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. The no88 support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve standard disputes within 5 business days. Complex financial disputes may require up to 14 business days.

10.3 Escalation

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the support channel, you may escalate the matter in writing to the no88 compliance team at [email protected] marked "Formal Complaint — Escalation". Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior team member who was not involved in the original decision and a written response will be provided within 10 business days.

10.4 Finality of Results

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game round or sporting event, the records held in no88's server logs shall be the definitive source of truth, subject only to demonstrated technical error. no88's decision on the outcome of any game round or bet, once confirmed by the Platform, is final unless overturned through the formal complaint process described above.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and no88 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.
